Return procedure

Even we occasionally order something we didn't need or can't use. Exactly for these cases we offer a superior return option within 15 days of purchase.

If you wish to return the purchased goods, please email us at info@filamentia.cz and send the goods to us by shipping company at your own expense to the address listed at the bottom right of the e-shop.

Unpacked goods

If you have unpacked the filament (removed it from the vacuum bag), a return is only possible if the filament has a defect, which is considered to be a diameter tolerance greater than that indicated by the manufacturer, or other technical defects.

Moisture and poor setting for printing are not considered to be a defect in the filament.

Entrepreneurs

If you purchased the goods as a business or company, you may be allowed to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days. The refunded purchase price may be reduced by the cost of putting the goods back on sale.
