Spectrum PCTG GF10 Filament
The durability of PCTG enriched with the advantages of glass fibers
The potential inherent in high-oudar PCTG inspired us to create another composite based on this copolyester - Spectrum PCTG GF10. Filling with glass fibers resulted in a filament with high strength and an intriguingly matte surface.
When composing the composition, we paid special attention to reducing the abrasiveness of glass fibers, which is characteristic of this type of filling. For this reason, we used functionalized glass fibers with less aggressive geometry, limiting degradation of the printer nozzle.
Spectrum PCTG GF10 is a technical filament with properties directed toward high stiffness and hardness. Thanks to its extremely high interlayer adhesion and low shrinkage, it allows even intermediate users to realize large prints.
In addition, glass fibers give the prints a distinctive structure, which, in addition to undoubted aesthetic qualities, also translates into increased usability. Models made of Spectrum PCTG GF10 will find their use wherever increased adhesion, increased durability to cyclic forcing and chemical resistance are important.
