PLA without coil

• The filament is wound on a narrowed paper cavity, thanks to its dimensions it fits into the Bambulab AMS

• PLA is one of the materials with higher strength, the material is easy to print, does not warp and holds its shape, suitable for beginners and experienced printers.
• PLA is a fully biodegradable material, produced from renewable resources - from corn or potato starch or sugar cane.

• Re-sealable bag + moisture absorber = serves as protection for the filament against absorption of air moisture.
• Convenient resealable paper box with inspection hole suitable for storing 3D string.

RECOMMENDED PRINT SETTINGS:

• 40-60°C Recommended pad temperature.
• Recommended nozzle temperature for normal printing: 215 ± 15°C
• Recommended print profiles: Bambulab PLA Basic, Prusament PLA, Generic PLA
• We recommend applying 3D varnish or stick adhesive to the print pad.
• Use dried string when printing
• Higher temperature will achieve higher gloss and faster printing. When printing jagged and complex products, it is advisable to lower the temperature and speed.

OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS:

• If you are not printing, keep the string dry and out of direct sunlight (e.g. in a box, in a resealable bag with a "dried" moisture absorber).
• When handling the bobbin, secure the free end of the string so that the string does not unravel spontaneously. The free end can be inserted anywhere around the circumference of the paper spool into the "wave" in the cardboard sidewall, or into the hole in the printed ABAFLEX openable spool.
• When 3D printing with all filaments from all manufacturers we always recommend using a "filament cleaner = cleaning wipe", this filter wipes dust and other possible contaminants from the surface of the string. Due to the electrostatic charge, dust particles and other mechanical impurities can stick to the surface of the unwrapped string and consequently risk clogging the nozzle.
