3DLac Plus is a specialized print pad spray designed for 3D printers with FDM technology, created by a Spanish laboratory. This spray is fragrance-free, can withstand high temperatures and contains strong adhesive ingredients that improve the adhesion of the print material to the substrate. Unlike conventional aerosol sprays, it is equipped with a mechanical atomizer, allowing precise application without the need for pressure. One pack lasts for more than 200 uses, depending on the size of the print pad. When the first coat is applied correctly, there is no need to reapply the spray before each print.

Instructions for use

Apply the spray from a distance of approximately 20 cm to the print surface, such as glass or mirror. Once the spray dries, the surface is not sticky, but once the print pad is heated, it will ensure the first layer is firmly adhered to the surface, preventing unintentional movement or peeling during printing. Once printing is complete, it is important to allow the pad to cool below 30°C, which allows for easy removal of the print without the use of tools or excessive force. For materials such as ABS, which shrink as they cool, the prints will separate themselves from the pad.

Compatibility tested

The 3DLac Plus product has been successfully tested with a variety of materials including PLA, PET, ABS, ASA, Flexfill, Wood and Bronze fill, NGEN, XT and XT-CF20.

Practical tips

1. **Application:** Apply the spray evenly to the pad from a distance of 20cm.
2. **Attachment:** Once the pad is heated, the spray will ensure a firm attachment of the print to the glass.
3. **Removing the print:** Once the pad has cooled below 30°C, you can easily remove the print.

This spray is ideal for securing the print and avoiding adhesion problems on the print pad.
